Looks like I have been really busy scrappn hey, NO not exactly, just thought I would upload some photos of some LO I did a while ago...... some new LO and projects to share soon.
These two LO "playzone" and "You rock my world" are of my DS, he is totally in his zone when he plays, love watching him!!!
'Happy You" LO I taught in the DT class early on in the month , photos courtesy of Katie Toland Photography
"Memories" is the class I taught at the Scraptac reatreat in July. the photos are actually my wedding proofs, LOL, first time I have scrapped any thing wedding related. All my photos are bounded in a gigantic photo albulm!!!, I may scap some more of my proofs, cos I loved using the MM "I do range" and how awesome does compliment Pink Paiselee New moon range - an oldie but I love it.

Cards

Just wanted to share some quick cards I made for the Scraptacular retreat silent auction
I am just loving making cards atm... so many paper ranges perfect for cards right now. I used mostly scraps from OA, SEI, Cosmo cricket and bits and pieces I found in my "scraps" stash ***LOL***
I also made this cute card organiser - using a cheap officeworks expandable file folder, too easy
decorated with my fav pp - October afternoon Cherry hill and the gorgeous lace stickers from Christina Re, just love her stuff!!!

12 Sleeps till the Scraptacular Retreat!!!
Monday, July 13, 2009
OMG can you believe how quickly this is coming around. In less than 2 weeks me and 51 other lovely ladies will be heading of to the gorgeous Country Place in the beautiful Dandy mountains for 3 full days of scrappn heaven!!. I can not wait. Busy busy organising some surprises ...wink Details about the Kits & Classes for 2009 For this Year's Retreat we have decided to make the Classes a little easier and more relaxing, while we have still created 3 fabulous Classes for you to create on the weekend - you do not have to do them in a timed structured class. With all Kits there will be a full set of instructions included with the materials, that way you can choose to either join in the class or do the projects at your own leasure.
Only started thinking about what stuff to bring this year. Made a promise I will only be traveling "light" cos I know I will probably be drinking and eating and socialising more than I will be scrappn - lol
This year's classes will be very relaxed and self paced. I am going to be teaching my class on Sunday - girls there is still time to pre order your kits from Scraptacular by calling the shop. Kits are $60 this year and you get everything you need to make 2 LO and 5 gorgeous cards.
Price for the kits is soooo reasonable - considering I spent over $60 for the materials to make my class Layout alone!!!!!
Plus this year we have thrown in step by step instructions - WOW!!!, lol
which means that if you dont want to listen to Jules, Lisa or myself.... you can follow the instructions and complete the LO's in your own time !, how cool is that! and makes for a less formal and more relaxing scrappn weekend!!!
Details below courtesy of the Scraptac newsletter !
Each class with only go for approximately 1-1.1/2 hours and we will hold the 1st class on Friday Evening after our Dinner & Games, 2nd class will be mid Saturday Afternoon and the 3rd class will be held on Sunday mid morning after our late breakfast.
We have kept the Kit Pack at a reduced price of $60.00 for all 3 classes and will be offered as a complete set.
Listed below you will find a few details & snippets of the 3 Classes, should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact the team on 95845000 or email us at sales@scraptacular.com.au

Tribute night at our place!
Saturday, June 27, 2009
I was reading a really beautiful post by a stranger on FB today, and she was responding to some very nasty and terrible comments made to her post about her grieving Michael Jackson today, Not sure if the people that left these messages on her wall were her friends or not, but they said some very negative and shocking things.... wont go there!
Her response was awesome, she said that everyone is entitled to their own opinion of the man, but we ALL should just let him rest in peace. The best way to do this, she said is to rejoice and celebrate his life, to play his music, dance his moves and remember him today and everyday. If those that love him and love his music, continue to remember him and play his music, we will all help him to transition into the gates of heaven....
So , it got me thinking, why not have his fans and those that love his music, get together and celebrate his life, remember all the good he has done for the less fortunate.... why not have a tribute night in memory of Michael Jackson... I am sure that I am not the only one that has though of this, LOL, but if everyone out there who loves him as much as I do, gets together with their friends, families and have a totally awesome party, wouldn't that be great!
I ran the idea of a night of singing and dancing (Barb, get your moves ready babe!)with dh, and he was all for it, so next weekend, theres a party at our place!!!, wish I could invite everyone I know that loves MJ, but our place is not that big,lol
I would love to hear of anyone else that has or is thinking of doing the same.. how cool would it be to upload a collage of photos on our blogs of the night!!
